We have been really busy adding bags, can coolers, baby wear and other stuff to our online shop at Felt.co.nz
Eventually we hope to have a mixture of crafts online, including some wood work projects and some quilts. We are more testing the the waters to see what sells so that we can make at the right price for both parties. We don't want to sell ourselves short. This especially goes for the wood work projects as we need to be able to mass produce what ever we are making and we both have very limited space.
However people have asked can we trust Felt.co.nz? what is Felt.co.nz? etc
Simply put to answer those concerns, "YES you can trust Felt.co.nz." Think of it as a New Zealand version of Etsy, Felt is basically that. You can read there about page here.
All items that are sold on the website must come from a New Zealand address and is part of their Terms & Conditions. (2.2) as well as all prices in NZD. All Felt sellers are in trade and as such must comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
One must be aware however, all items a on Felt must be hand crafted and not something you buy in China for a $1.00 and the resell for $15.00.

What can I sell on Felt?
The Felt website is a marketplace for goods made in New Zealand. Felt welcomes New Zealand makers to open an account with Felt to sell any items you have personally been involved in making or designing. Generally, but without affecting Felt’s absolute discretion, items suitable to sell on Felt will have one or all of the following qualities:
• it is a unique design, designed by you;
• it has been substantially made by by you;
• it has factory made components, but these are assembled by the seller in a creative way, or in a way requiring unique or special skill; or
• though originally factory made, it has been upcycled, reconditioned or repurposed by the seller in a substantial way.
Where there is uncertainty about the provenance of an item, Felt reserves the right to request evidence from the seller that the product meets the above criteria. Felt may remove listed items or close sellers’ accounts if the goods offered are not, in Felt’s sole and unfettered discretion, items associated in this way with the seller. Felt will always attempt to discuss this with the seller first.
What can’t I sell on Felt?
Felt is designed as an outlet for New Zealand artists, designers and craftspeople, not as a supermarket or a second-hand shop. Therefore, the following are not allowed on Felt:
• anything mass-produced and unaltered;
• anything that you’re reselling, whether it’s handmade or not;
• anything that does not comply with Felt’s terms and conditions.
Can I sell jewellery made from mass-produced components?
As with all products on Felt, component jewellery must meet with our terms. So, jewellery using mass-produced components can be sold on Felt, but it must be assembled by you in a creative way. Pre-completed pieces may not be on-sold on Felt. We strongly recommend that you describe your working process in your product descriptions so that buyers can see how you’ve worked on your creations.
